In order to complete the reservation of the apartments an advance payment is necessary, which is 50% of your total stay price. The advance payment can not be less than the price of the one night stay.<\/p>\n
The only currency accepted is EURO (\u20ac).<\/p>\n
In case of email or phone reservation, you have to deposit the required ammount of money to the provided bank account within 1 working day. In your deposit you should mention your full name but also the dates of your check-in and check-out.<\/p>\n
Any bank transfer fees or currency conversion fees, shall be covered solely and exclusively by you.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner width=”1\/2″][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n
Cancellation Policy<\/h2>\n

You may cancel your reservation for any reason, at any time.<\/p>\n
If the cancellation is made before your arrival, no refund is given.<\/p>\n
If case of a\u00a0cancellation during your stay\u00a0(if you want to check out earlier than you reserved), you are obliged to\u00a0compensate 100%\u00a0of the total price of the remaining days of your reservation.<\/p>\n
You have to pay the full amount of your stay with your arival at the apartment.<\/p>\n
In case of cancellation due to Covid 19 or other problems, the reservation date can be postponed after consultation with the reception. In case the desired date is not found, a Voucher is issued for the following year.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column_inner][\/vc_row_inner]
Terms of accommodation<\/h2>\n

During your stay in our Villas, you can use your apartment and the shared yard as well.<\/p>\n
Check-in time is after 15:00, unless it agreed otherwise.<\/p>\n
Check-out time is before 10:00. The day of your departure is not charged.<\/p>\n
A baby cot is available, upon request.<\/p>\n
You must comply with the quiet hours policy. From 15:00 to 17:30 and from 23:00 to 08:00.<\/p>\n
It is not allowed to accommodate extra persons in the apartment, more than the agreed number of persons.<\/p>\n
Subletting the apartment is strictly forbiden.<\/p>\n
It is not allowed to bring any kind pets in the studios or on the outside yard.[\/vc_column_text]
