All maisonettes are 45 sq.m. overlooking the sea and the garden, 15 meters from the sea. Developed on 2 levels, they have 2 spaces, internal staircase, autonomous air conditioning, comfortable bathroom and modern aesthetics. There is the possibility of adding a baby cot, upon request.
