Reservation Policy

  • In order to complete the reservation of the studios an advance payment is necessary, which is 30% of your total stay price. The advance payment can not be less than the price of the one night stay.
  • The only currency accepted is EURO (€).
  • In case of email or phone reservation, you have to deposit the required ammount of money to the provided bank account within 1 working day. In your deposit you should mention your full name but also the dates of your check-in and check-out.
  • Any bank transfer fees or currency conversion fees, shall be covered solely and exclusively by you.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your reservation for any reason, at any time.

  • If the cancellation is made before your arrival, no refund is given.
  • If case of a cancellation during your stay (if you want to check out earlier than you reserved), you are obliged to compensate 100% of the total price of the remaining days of your reservation.
  • You have to pay the full amount of your stay with your arival at the apartment.
  • In case of cancellation due to Covid 19 or other problems, the reservation date can be postponed after consultation with the reception. In case the desired date is not found, a Voucher is issued for the following year.

Terms of accommodation

  • During your stay in our Villas, you can use your apartment and the shared yard as well.
  • Check-in time is after 15:00 until 20:00, unless it agreed otherwise.
  • Check-out time is before 10:00. The day of your departure is not charged.
  • In case of late check-out until 15:00, is charged with 50% of the price of an overnight stay.
  • In case of check-out after 15:00, the full day is charged.
  • A baby cot is available, upon request.
  • You must comply with the quiet hours policy. From 15:00 to 17:30 and from 23:00 to 08:00.
  • It is not allowed to accommodate extra persons in the studios, more than the agreed number of persons.
  • Subletting the studios is strictly forbiden.
  • It is not allowed to bring any kind pets in the studios or on the outside yard.

How to pay an online room reservation ?

You can pay by bank transfer, credit / debit card and via paypal.

There are bed linen and towels in the accommodation, how offen do you change them?

Of course there are and they change every 2 or 3 days, it depends on the reservation

Which currency do we accept in our structure ?

The only currency accepted is EURO (€).

Can I give my clothes for speed laundry service ?

Of course you can with some small charge.
